Target audience families looking for solid value
Perfect location for our needs, I mean, my dad and I celebrated his retirement. Beautiful beach, very clean and good views of the sea. There was also a kitchen which was fully equipped, made cooking so much more satisfying when we found local food in town.
It wasn't cheap,, but still acceptable.

It was just a decent option for a short-term stay in Cancun with good price-quality ratio. The beach had some nice areas for relaxing despite a few rough waves. Bring water shoes if you want to walk on the beach comfortably.

It was clean, well-equipped with all necessary facilities, and conveniently located near supermarkets and dining options. access to the beach was somewhat limited due to rocky areas, and the stairs to the room were quite a challenge with luggage. Be prepared for a bit of a trek to the beach for smoother waters.
